QIGONG is the art of self-healing exercise from Traditional Chinese Medicine
Some people call it "MOVING MEDITATION", it is a slow, graceful way of exercising
that enables you to gain better focus, better balance(both physically and mentally),
and give you more strength and energy.
New class starting at INCITE Wellness Center at 208 Otrobando Ave. starting on
Monday, June 10th 6 weeks ($10/class), 12-1 pm.

Join Rev. Norma Connolly as she facilitates an evening dedicated to enhancement of your body, mind & spirit. Everyone is welcome regardless of experience with meditation. Rev. Connolly will introduce concepts and techniques to assist you in development of your meditation practice.

About Our Instructor:
Rev.Norma Connolly has been a spiritual/metaphysical teacher/counselor since 1975. She has taught privately and as an associate instructor for Three Rivers Community College. Norma facilitates classes for students of all ages. Her most recent "Relaxation-Meditation Class was featured in "Adventures in Lifelong Learning".
Norma is available for Spiritual Counseling/Intuitive Readings on Wednesdays & Fridays from 1-4pm.
