Timothy J. Zuzel MS

Tim offers individual and group sessions in the practice of YOGA and Individual sessions in reflexology. It is his philosophy that healing takes place in many ways. Tim offers each client the opportunity to explore the path that feels right for them. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree as well as a Masters degree in Biological science.
Tim has practiced yoga for 12 years and is a certifed instructor through the Kripalu Center. All yoga sessions are designed to meet the needs of the individual student.
Tim is a Connecticut Certified Reflexology Therapist. He offers this ancient science of healing as individual 1hour sessions.

Jenn Baudro, LMT

Jenn graduated from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2008 as a licensed massage therapist. She has extensive knowledge and certification in working with clients with fibromyalgia and is certifed in cold stone migraine treatments.
A certified CranioSacral Therapy 1 practitioner she has also taken courses in Healing Touch energy work, acupressure and pregnancy massage. A nationally licensed massage therapist she enjoys working with clients to create a customized wellness schedule designed to meet individual needs.

Beverly A. Strickland CNA, LMT

Beverly Strickland is a licensed massage therapist and Certifed Nursing Assistant. She combines her 8 years of healthcare experince with Therapeutic Massage to offr clients the ultimate opportunity for relaxation, rehabilitation and restoration of health. Therapeutic Massage can assist in the reduction of pain, increase circulation to the body tissues, enhance relaxation, boost the immune system and restore mobility. Beverly is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage therapy and a Member of the National Massage Therapy Association.

Mental Health Counseling is a broad based term that is defined differently by each practitioner. I believe that when searching for wellness and insight we all take a different path. My integrative approach focuses on the desires of the client and their unique view of success along that journey. I believe the balance in ones life is an essential tool needed to achieve success. When we forget to nurture ourselves we lose power and balance. Mental Health Counseling can provide the tools to regain that balance and internal power so that wellness and insight can be achieved.
My approach works well with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, gender and sexual identity concerns, grief, past trauma, and phase of life issues.

Cori Allard MS, LPC

For the past 11 years, I have provided mental health support services in school and community agencies in New York City, California, and Connecticut. I work with children, adolescents, and families using a combination of techniques related to theories of mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. After a thorough analysis of the presenting challenge, I offer a variety of therapeutic methods to reach greater life satisfaction. My therapeutic methods include traditional, weekly, in-office sessions, as well as the less traditional models of Wraparound services and in-vivo training. I believe strongly in treating the whole person by utilizing my clients’ strengths to improve upon their weaknesses and I often work collaboratively with other disciplines to assist people in nurturing the multiple dimensions of their personalities. Adolescents who have resisted treatment in the past are particularly welcome, as are children and families experiencing emotional symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and/or relationship difficulties. I currently accept CT Behavioral Health Partnership and Anthem insurances, as well as private paying clients at a rate of $75/session. Psychological assessments including intelligence, behavioral, and emotional testing are also available; fees for assessment are determined based on the battery of tests needed to analyze the presenting challenge.
