Norma facilitates classes for students of all ages. Her most recent "Relaxation-Meditation Class was featured in "Adventures in Lifelong Learning".

Zentangle is an easy to learn method of creating beautiful images from repetitive patterns. It is a fascinating new art form that is fun and relaxing. It increases focus and creativity. Zentangle provides artistic satisfaction and an increased sense of personal well being. Zentangle is enjoyed by a wide range of skills and ages and is used in many fields of interest.

Introduction to CranioSacral Therapy
Sunday, March 18th

This 6-hour, hands-on workshop will guide participants on a journey to, through and around one of the body's most fascinating healing channels; the craniosacral system.
Time magazine named Dr. John E. Upledger one of America's next wave of innovators for his development of CranioSacral Therapy.
Course Highlights:
- Explore the anatomy and physiology of the craniosacral system and its relationship to illness, pain and dysfunction
- Develop and refine light-touch palpation skills
- Learn and practice palpating the "listening stations" key body locations where the craniosacral motion can best be evaluated
- Learn and practice tissue release techniques for the pelvic and respiratory diaphragms and thoracic inlet
